Deadline for early Registration rate	Early registration rate is valid if paid within the early registration deadline.
Confirmation of registration	Are sent via fax or email. You will check your preference of fax or email confirmation on the registration form. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 days of the seminar, please call OPL at (734)677-0503.
Directions to the seminar	Click link for directions or call the seminar location that is provided on the seminar page.
Parking at the seminar	Any specific questions about parking need to be directed to the seminar location.
Special accommodations	If you require ADA accommodations, please contact OPL at least two weeks prior to the seminar so that arrangements can be made.
Cancellation policy	If a participant needs to cancel their registration, a written (fax,email) cancellation notification must be received no later than date posted on the brochure, 5 days prior to the seminar date, less a $35.00 administration fee. This is typically a 1-2 week deadline, depending on the event. Substitute attendees are welcome at any time. Please understand that if you register and do not attend, you are still liable for full payment.
If OPL needs to cancel a seminar	In the unlikely event that OPL has to cancel a seminar due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or instructor sickness, you will be notified immediately and you may choose to (1) have a credit issued toward the rescheduled seminar or a future seminar, or (2) have the entire submitted registration fee refunded without further liability on the part of the organizers
